Much of the first floor collection centered on local history. On the upper left side of the photo you can see a LCD screen. Displaying information about the collection and upcoming events, the display is powered by a hacked Wii. It was more cost effective to reprogram a Wii than to buy other types of existing technology. Plus, I'm sure the staff had some after-hours fun with the system. |
